I can hear myself saying at least once daily, “I’m stressed out.” Honestly, I am. As a full-time graduate student, blogger, and entrepreneur, things can get crazy. I mean they are crazy. I fight stress by eating a healthy diet and exercising. Also getting a good nights sleep really helps fight stress.

I read or take a nice long bubble bath. I also sew, but that can end up leading to more stress, so sometimes I just stick with the bubble bath. LOL!
